A tongue-in-cheek look at the collecting and antiquing crase of the 1920s, by noted friends and popular authors Booth Tarkington, Kenneth L. Roberts and Hugh M. Kahler. Inscribed boldly by Tarkington on the title page. Laid in is a small envelope containing a photograph ("snapshot") with one corner removed recording Tarkington and friends Mary Hallott and Elizabeth Nott on his boat, presumably at Kennebunkport, Maine, where he maintained a summer home.
