Text block has deckled edges, many pages uncut at top. Previous owner's name and address in ink on first free endpaper of each volume as a well as a bookplate showing the author had donated the volumes to the Thomas J. Shannahan Library at Marymount Manhattan College. Frontispiece illustration in each volume has created a light transfer shadow on each title page. Very Good. Item #30817
